Vendor Registration Information

Individuals or businesses who wish to provide services to the Coalition must fill out these forms in order to complete the application process. You will be notified regarding the forms that may or may not apply to you. In some cases, you may be asked to certify additional assurances; if such is the case, you will be notified. Each form must be completed in its entirety. 

Once all forms are complete, please scan and email to Sheida Alava, Procurement Specialist. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for processing. 

If any of the information provided to the Coalition should change, it is the vendor’s responsibility to notify the Coalition by completing a new Vendor Registration Form along with any pertinent evidence of the change, as applicable. 

The Early Learning Coalition does not guarantee approval of the application. If your application is denied or is missing information, you will be notified via email. If, after 10 calendar days, you have not submitted the information requested, your application is considered denied.

The Early Learning Coalition of Orange County has no open solicitations at this time. Certified Minority Business Enterprises are encouraged to submit a quote/proposal. Please continue to visit our page periodically for solicitation updates.
