How We Help

WHo we Are

The Early Learning Coalition of Orange County (ELCOC) is committed to ensuring that every child in our community has access to early education and equal educational opportunities. We connect families and preschool programs with resources to provide the best possible start for children. Our focus is not just on access to early learning, but also on ensuring the highest quality of child care at all our providers' locations. Every child deserves equal access to quality early education to help them thrive.

Child Care Resource and Referrals

A preschool teacher greets a parent and child at the front door of an early learning center. The parent holds the child in their arms, and the child reaches out to shake the teacher's hand.

Child Care Resource & Referral (CCR&R) is a free service available to all Orange County families that helps them to:

  • identify and select quality early learning programs
  • connect to local community agencies and resources
  • engage in their children's education and learning
  • locate financial resource options

Whether you are looking for a few hours or a full week of child care for your infant, preschooler, or school-age child, CCR&R Specialists are available to help. It's important to note that CCR&R provides referrals, not recommendations. For information on CCR&R services, please call 407-522-2252 Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. or visit the offices at 3500 W. Colonial Dr., Orlando, FL 32808.
