Non-Contracted Providers – if you do not have a portal login or profile, please register as a new provider through the online provider portal website.
REGISTRATION FOR THE FOLLOWING PROGRAM IS NOW OPEN:
2022-2023 School Readiness (SR) Program
- To apply for a new contract for the 2022-23 program year, you must register your program on the EFS Modernization Portal. The application process is now paperless - all registration processes are completed online and supporting documents are uploaded into your online portal.
- If you are a current child care provider and would like to provide School Readiness services to eligible children, please review the forms and applications below. All child care educators must be registered, accredited, or exempted through the approved agencies to enter into a contract. Suppose you are a registered family day care home or licensed-exempt/religious-exempt provider. In that case, you must undergo a pre-contractual SR health and safety inspection by the Department of Children and Families (DCF). If you are considering opening a child care program, please visit the DCF licensing website for more information on opening your program. Please know that with the new Division of Early Learning (DEL) requirements, it can take up to 90 days to approve your program.
