Through billboards, bus stop ads, and other channels, we’re getting the word out about ELCOC’s affordable, high-quality early learning and child care programs and services including: 

• the availability of financial assistance for qualified families through our School Readiness Program  
• free Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten (VPK) for all Florida four-year-olds 
• free assistance in finding child care, through our Child Care Resource & Referral Service (CCR&R)
